    After studying business administration, with a focus on marketing and psychology, my path led through different companies, countries, markets and leadership situations.

    Marketing, sales and general management

    I look back on more than 30 years of experience in marketing, sales and general management in international companies and consulting. I have led international teams, developed growth strategies, accompanied organisations through change and lived through professional turning points myself.

    In 2013 I founded my consultancy perspective: international.

  4. Since 2022

    Teaching at FHWien der WKW

    Since 2022 I have also taught as a lecturer in marketing and international business at FHWien der WKW.

Stance

What has shaped my work for the long term is the pleasure of thinking in a long horizon, seeing the whole, recognising connections and changing perspective — and from that, quickly deriving concrete, practical next steps.
